The baths are located in the village of Čerčany on the left bank of the Sázava River. With its location 37 km southeast of Prague and easy connections, it is an ideal location for excursionists looking for both sports and relaxation activities. The river baths were founded by the Cerčany Ornamental Society in 1904 on the land of František Vávra, the baths retained their First Republic style.
