DOBRObistro is a bit of a café and a pastry shop, but also a salad bar and a wrap, a soup bar, a bread bar and sometimes a pancake bar. From Monday to Friday we offer a light lunch menu with an emphasis on meatless dishes, but lovers of the classics - sandwiches, cured meats and cheeses - will also find something to their liking. We bake tasty cakes and buns daily, and the breakfast menu sometimes includes a bundt cake with homemade marmalade, sometimes fresh, crispy doughnuts with pate or legume spread also from our kitchen, but also yoghurt glasses or pancakes. Even homemade biscuits are great, you will be able to choose from several types every day.

The varied beverage offer will delight coffee, tea and wine drinkers, we serve quality 100% ciders from the nearby cider house and "no-oil" homemade lemonades.

We emphasize freshness and quality, favor local suppliers, and strive to operate in a low-waste mode. You can take your food away in REkrabackable, returnable containers.

DOBRObistro is operated by Dobrověc, s.r.o., a subsidiary of TŘI, z.ú. Just like her mother, Dobrověc and her DOBRObistro are based in the Hospice of the Good Shepherd in Sokolská Street No. 584 in Čerčany.

She was born to become a successful entrepreneur and helped her mother finance the building of the Care Centre in Čerčany at the Hospice of the Good Shepherd, its later operation and the operation of other services, especially the home hospice.

Dobrověc, s.r.o. directs its profits from the business to benefit TŘI, z.ú. It's a bit of a conundrum, hopefully a picture of the family tree will shed more light on the tangle of organizations and institutions around DOBRObistec :).
