Ježov Castle used to stand on the headland of the Mirošovický Brook and the Mnichovka River, at the place where we now call "Na Lipce" and a large number of trains pass through its former courtyard every day. On this site today there is a residential semi-detached house, inhabited by ČSD employees and a guard house or "upper central". Older people still remember the walls well, especially on the south side above the rocky slope. No reliable records of Jezov's past have survived and it is not known when it was founded or destroyed and by whom. The name of the castle has passed to the neighbouring wooded hill, although it is separated by a stream and the southern part of the hill belongs to the Senohrabs, whereas the northern part belongs to the Mirošovice family.
