Marmelády Šafránka from Čtyřkol specialises in artisan marmalades, jams and sauces for meat. Products are made in small batches in copper pans, mainly from Czech fruit and with an emphasis on preserving the natural flavour of the ingredients. Recipes use less sugar and may be complemented by herbs or quality alcohol. No thickeners, added pectin, stabilisers or artificial flavourings are used. The range is suitable for everyday use, food pairing and as a regional edible gift.
